- Introduction
A new world view aspect is being developed in terms of the formation of a cosmic conscience on planetary scale in 2005 in Moscow. V.V. Preobrazhenskaya created a multilevel “Cosmic polyart of the third century of Victoria Preobrazhenskaya” and the “Mystery Theatre of Victoria Preobrazhenskaya”, showing multidimensional combination of a new spiritual planetary paradigm. This paradigm has been systematically described in such books as “Science of Light and its transformation”, “The sacral book of Isida”, “The Earth Path of Mother of Peace”, “Sophia-Maria” and many other books, collections, brochures and scientific articles, and also 29 musical albums. All this, later in 2012-2014, was transformed by V.V. Preobrazhenskaya in passed doctor and grand-doctor dissertations of Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC) under the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) in theology and theosophy. The essence of the discovery lies in the synergetic interaction and harmonic perception of the beginning era of the Grand Evolutionary Turning Point and in whole of the powerful cosmogonic evolution of mankind in the 21st century. That is the reason why the imperative of the transition of mankind to the noospheric-cosmic harmony, which is the Law of Being, already became the front-line priority of the survival plan of mankind in the extreme life and environmental conditions. The ascension of quality steps as a whole, related to the growth of complexity, cooperation of the evolution system structures in progressive evolution, is presented as the ascension of the quality steps of the Harmony itself. Based on this discovery, new directions of static ethnos development, cosmohumanitarian aspects can be formed and, as a whole, it can be included in the corresponding register of the United Cosmohumanistic System (UCS).

The discovery priority was registered on 12 November 2014. The materials on this discovery were presented in the doctor and grand-doctor dissertations of V.V. Preobrazhenskaya in IHAC under IUFS in 2012-2014, and also published in scientific journals “Time Spirit” and “The Scientists of the World” in 2014.
- The Essence of the discovery
The essence of the discovery of V.V. Preobrazhenskaya lies not only in the synergetic interaction and the harmonic perception of the beginning era of The Grand Bifurcation of the mankind, but also in the specific precognitionary perspective of the essence of the biased view of the people, provided that the definition covers mainly the laws of the whole, while the Harmony does not contradict the creativity as a Law of Being of any system. Moreover, the mankind at the present stage has entered a conflict with Nature on Earth and the planet Earth as a super organism, meaning the mega systems of organic type that have their own homeostatic mechanisms. This means that the mankind has already left the periphery, defined by the Biosphere Harmony Law as a whole life system on Earth and entered the global pathology status, which threatens to destroy all mankind, being caused by the collapsing of the most important spiritual ranging mark of the ecological niche in the Biosphere
