Viktor Busa

Born on December 15, 1941 in Palermo, Italy.

Honorary degrees and titles:

Monsignor, the Lord, the Archbishop, Grand Doctor, Professor, the President of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace.

Monsignor Viktor Busa – is an outstanding scientist, he is a professor at the Newport University.

Mont. Viktor Busa was ordained in 1969 into the Archibishop by Menoel’ Seiya Larandzheyra. Within the International Parliament he is – the chairman of the Council of States, and in addition it is also the Attorney General of the International Conference and Lawyers Confederation (Washington, District of Columbia, USA). Viktor Busa is the President of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace, founded on December, 15, 1975. Mons. Viktor Busa as the President of the IPSP signed with the former Costa Rican President Rodrigo Carazo Odio on January, 24, 1987, then the President of the University of the United Nations, the agreements on cooperation in the field of Human Rights, social justice, safety for the Countries and Peace in the whole World.

In Kentucky Viktor Busa was recognized as an Honorary Life Senator. Mons. Viktor Busa on August, 15, 1984 was also recognized as the Ambassador of Good Will of West Virginia. The Mayor Alejandro Marimon Salinas Marii La Bazhi in Colombia awarded on February, 15, 2007 (with Decree No. 014) Viktor Busa Honorary Citizenship for his lifelong work on behalf of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace.

In 2007 Viktor Busa was awarded a degree of Doctor of Political Sciences at the International University of Fundamental Studies (Diploma DP № 070901).

Viktor Busa makes a great contribution to the maintenance of peace in the world.
